Want a satisfying meal that won’t spike your sugar levels? Try my version of the SWEET POTATO HASH with bacon, sundried tomatoes and baby spinach. While I am wanting to eat the Pork-rib noodle (soup) again, my companions have decided to try the Tomato & Egg Noodle, and the Minced Pork Noodle.
