Served as a starter, Gao Peng Cuisine’s unique combination of Crispy Silver Fish with Yuzu Sauce is an appetising pleaser that will tantalise your taste buds with its combination of crunchy silver fish and tangy sweet taste from the premium Japanese Yuzu sauce dressing. Health Aficionados will love this dish that is chockfull of Vitamin C goodness.

Another palatable dish is Chicken with Garlic & Scallions in Homemade Sauce. This aromatic dish comprises of juicy and tender chicken meat, served with generous toppings of fragrant scallions, grated ginger and fried garlic that permeates the air. This dish is best eaten with white rice, where spoonful of the toppings can be scooped together with the chicken onto your rice for a flavourful meal. Parents will love the Homemade Tofu with Dried Scallops, which is the perfect dish for the little ones and old alike. Made from scratch, this dish is served with tantalising amounts of fragrant fried dried scallops, shimeiji and enoki mushrooms and wolfberries, which adds to the umami flavour.

To end the meaningful and memorable meal on a perfect note, Executive Chef Paul Peh has specially curated the Double-boiled Papaya with White Fungus & Chinese Almond dessert, which symbolises good health and longevity.
