EU YAN SANG – RECIPE: STEAMED SCALLOPS WITH FROG LEGS

It’s back to school! Help your child cope with a change in pace by boosting energy and immunity levels. Here’s a delicious and convenient way!

1. Rinse frog legs and scallops. Set aside.
2. Line a steamer with lotus leaf. Place frog legs and scallops on a dish, then add chicken stock, ginger slices, wolfberries, salt and wine. Place in the steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
3. Remove from steamer and pour Eu Yan Sang Essence of Chicken with American Ginseng, Cordyceps & Huaishan Extract over. Serve hot.
