RECIPE: JUICE RECIPE FOR BLOOD CIRCULATION AND LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE

IMPROVE BLOOD CIRCULATION & LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE

Due to our faulty eating (too much meat and processed foods over fresh fruits and vegetables), blood thickens, become acidic and its flow is somewhat less efficient.

Drinking a fresh glass of juice daily helps to reduce blood viscosity, improves circulation and lowers blood pressure. This is a great combo to almost immediately bring down high blood pressure.

NOTE: Beetroot is very potent, start with 1 small to medium-sized beetroot and gradually increase. Some people may experience a temporary reaction when drinking beetroot juice, like headache, joint pains or nausea.
