150 grams of yellow noodles
100 grams of Beancurb (cut into diced)
1/2 medium potato (cut into thin slices)
50 grams of chye sim (around 3 to 4 stalks, cut into 3 cm long)
1 tomato (cut into 6 pieces of wedges)
2 small onions (cut into wedges)
50 grams mixed vegetables (comprises of green peas, corns, and carrots)
1 1/2 egg (beaten)
Some parsley for garnishing

Mixture A
2 tablespoons of chilli sauce
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of light soya sauce
1 dash of pepper

1) Pan fry the beancurds and sliced potatoes till golden brown, set aside.
2) Heat pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, add in beaten eggs. Leave to set for a few minutes before stirring, dish it up and set aside.
3) Heat pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the onions till light brown.
4) Add in the mixed vegetables and chye sim.
5) Add in the yellow noodles and egg and mix well.
6) Add in Mixture A and tomatoes and quick stir it.
7) Add in the beancurds and sliced potatoes and give it a quick stir.
8) Dish it up, garnish with some parsley and ready to serve.

– Above recipe serves 1 adult.
